THE COMPANY

Bill Tandy and Company was formed by Bill Tandy M.R.I.C.S.and Jenny Tandy in 1996 initially as a one office professional Estate Agent in the Cathedral City of Lichfield. Bill has worked in Lichfield as an Estate Agent since 1969 and has a vast knowledge of the local property market. In 1997, Philip Hall F.N.A.E.A. joined Bill and the team in Lichfield as a Director bringing over 15 years experience of the Lichfield market to the Company. 1997 also saw the opening of our second office in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield managed by Ben Nicholas A.N.A.E.A. who enjoys over 10 years estate agency experience in the area. The Company has grown successfully over the years and a third office in Burntwood was opened in 2000 and is managed by Ashley Peplow, also an experienced estate agent with 10 years of local experience.

The three offices form a triangle of coverage from north Birmingham to Burton upon Trent and Cannock, an ideal commuter area for the Midlands. A broad range of properties are handled by the Company from first time buyer and investor properties through to luxurious town and country homes. The vast area of coverage ensures a broad range of choice for prospective purchasers, whilst sellers can be assured of our depth of experience in selling properties in the general area.
