Philip Hall FNAEA Managing Director

Philip has been an estate agent since 1987 and has spent much of that time working in and around the Lichfield property scene, with the last 24 years at Bill Tandy and Company. Following Bill's retirement in 2007 Philip and his wife Julie have owned the company and worked tirelessly together to make it the most respected and leading estate agent in the area. Living locally they have two grown up sons, a dog and two cats. A long time Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a council member of the National Advisory Council of the Guild of Property Professionals, he has a passion for property and an unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience of the local and national property picture.
