Covid-19 - Our Services after the Lockdown.
Following Government advice on the 13th May we are now able to offer all our services subject to our careful Covid-19 Health and Safety Policy which can be found here. Our physical offices will remain closed to the public for the safety of our staff but will be manned shortly. Visits to our offices will be by appointment only and a health declaration will need to be signed prior to the appointment. We hope you understand the need for this as we adjust to the 'New Normal'

Physical and Virtual Market Valuations after Lock-down.
If you are thinking of selling and need a market appraisal of your property and an indication of what it might sell for we are very happy to help. We are now once again able to offer physical valuations subject to our careful covid-19 aware policy which can be seen here. Physical, Virtual and Zoom Viewings after Lockdown
We can now undertake physical viewings agin but subject to our careful Covid-19 Aware Health and Safety policy that can be read here. Please be aware all our properties have a videoette tour and some a full walk-around tour. If the property is occupied we can also be able to arrange a virtual Zoom viewing - we all know what Zoom is now! Please take a look and give us a call!
